Crafting an Omnichannel Experience: Mata’s Animated Shopper Matrix and Typeform Integration for InfinityRMS

In the competitive world of retail, creating a seamless omnichannel experience is not just a luxury but a necessity. InfinityRMS, a leader in retail management solutions, understands this need deeply. To enhance their platform and better illustrate the customer journey, they turned to Mata to design an innovative animated shopper matrix and integrate Typeform for improved customer interaction.

Visualizing the Omnichannel Experience

InfinityRMS provides a comprehensive retail system that ensures a seamless shopping experience across both physical and online channels. The goal was to illustrate how their system works through a dynamic and engaging animated shopper matrix. This visualization not only helps potential clients understand the journey from discovery to purchase, but also highlights the challenges of logistics, returns and social, which in turn shows the power of InfinityRMS in real-life scenarios.

Creating the user experience factors of ominchannel retail commerce was first done with a wireframed approach. The questions for the user were built in Typeform, and the data collected as they watched the matrix animate to show how omnichannel worked. Simultaneously demonstrating and collecting user habits.

Enhancing Customer Interaction with Typeform

To further enrich the customer experience and gather valuable feedback, Mata integrated Typeform into the InfinityRMS website. Typeform’s user-friendly interface and interactive forms are perfect for engaging customers and collecting insights. Here’s how it works:

  • Customer Feedback: After completing a purchase, customers are invited to fill out a Typeform survey about their shopping experience.

  • Loyalty Program Sign-Up: New customers can sign up for the loyalty program through a sleek, integrated Typeform on the website or in-store tablets.

  • Event Registration: Customers can register for exclusive events and promotions directly through Typeform, making the process quick and easy.

The Result: A Comprehensive Omnichannel Solution

By designing an animated shopper matrix and integrating Typeform, Mata has helped InfinityRMS vividly demonstrate their robust omnichannel capabilities. This approach not only enhances the understanding of potential clients but also provides a practical tool for engaging and retaining customers.

InfinityRMS is now better equipped to showcase how their system can deliver a seamless, integrated shopping experience, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
